Concepts, Revisions and Refunds
Prostyler Designs offer an unlimited amount of free concepts and revisions to the Clients request, on all of Prostyler Designs’ services.
For Prostyler Designs’ individual service packages, and excluding Prostyler Designs’ combined service packages (Design Package and Design Package Extra), Prostyler Designs do not ask the Client for any payment until the Client is happy with a final design. Once the Client has declared that the Client is happy with a final design, the payment has been sent by the Client and received by Prostyler Designs, and the Clients final design has been sent to the Client, Prostyler Designs do not offer a refund.
For Prostyler Designs’ package deals, including Design Package and Design Package Extra, and excluding Prostyler Designs’ individual service packages, Prostyler Designs ask for a 25% upfront payment from the Client before any work is carried out for the Client. If after the Client has made the 25% payment and it has been received by Prostyler Designs, the Client is unhappy with Prostyler Designs’ service, this payment will be refunded. Once the other 75% payment has been made by the Client and received by Prostyler Designs, which is requested once the Client is happy with the work done by Prostyler Designs, Prostyler Designs do not offer a refund.
Rights and Responsibilities
Prostyler Designs take no responsibility for the functionality or maintenance of any services that Prostyler Designs complete for the Client.
Prostyler Designs does not guarantee that Website Designs completed for the Client by Prostyler Designs will list on Search Engines and the Client accepts that it is Search Engines and not Prostyler Designs who determine whom they list and whom they will not. The Client further understands there is no guaranteed placement or rank on the Search Engines and that a new website may never even appear on Search Engines at all. Prostyler Designs does not control Search Engines’ algorithms and huge shifts can appear daily, weekly and even hourly.
Prostyler Designs take no responsibility for any spelling mistakes or errors that are made on any of Prostyler Designs’ concepts and revisions on any of Prostyler Designs’ services, including finalised work, and the Client accepts that it is the Clients responsibility to check for any spelling mistakes or errors in any of the Revisions, Concepts and Final Designs that are designed by Prostyler Designs.
Under no circumstances will Prostyler Designs be responsible or liable for financial or other loss or damage to the Client, the Clients Company or Prostyler Designs’ completed services for the Client caused by the failure or use or misuse of any of Prostyler Designs’ completed requests for the Client.

Prostyler Designs hold the right to prosectute any attempted image-theft or image-recreaction of any of Prostyler Designs' concepts and revisions, attempted by a client or another company.
